Join OEH for the 2026 Annual Conference, presented in partnership with SOPHE and ISBE. This year’s conference marks an exciting milestone as we return to an in-person format for the first time since COVID-19!

Conference Dates: Thursday, October 1–Saturday, October 3, 2026

Location: Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown

Hotel Rate: $159 per night with special rate if you register by clicking here.

Registration and Membership Fees

We are offering both in person rates that include access to joint offerings with our partner organizations, SOPHE and ISEB, as well as some refreshments and experiences. For those who need to present remotely or attend remotely, we are working to make events available online as well for remote presentations and more. Please be sure to select the right method of attending when registering for the conference.

• Faculty / Professional: $250 (in person)

• Student: $125 (in person)​

• Faculty / Professional: $120 (online only)

• Student: $50 (online only)
